The membership agreement for the Bend Biofuels Cooperative and the Card Lock user agreement are the two icons you see below. Please right click on them and chose "Save Target as...".

We have developed a sound working relationship with Central Petroluem (formerly known as Abbott Petroleum). With cooperation of our membership base we will continue to strengthen this special relationship. 

You can simply print and fill out the information then send it to Central Petroleum Services or drop it off at the pump at 755 N.E. 1st st.

Once we have received your paperwork your new card will be issued. This ussally can be done the same day at CPN.
