Tax Credit Information for Oregon Residents   With your receipts as proof, the E85 BIOETHANOL and B99 BIODIESEL tax credit gives“$0.50 per gallon per vehicle” as a credit towards your Oregon Personal Income Tax for up to $200 (400 gallons) per vehicle. There is also a credit of $0.05 per gallon on B20 BIODIESEL when used as home heating oil. These credits apply to any fuel purchased since January 1, 2007.
